An Adult Social Care Strategy is a plan that outlines how a local authority will provide adult social care services.

Hull's Adult Social Care Strategy 2025 to 2028 sets out the guiding principles for Adult Social Care in Hull, to ensure it is effective, can meet the needs of Hull's people now and in the future, and is fully compliant with the Care Act 2014.

The strategy sets out our vision which will guide us and help us to achieve our ambitions, working with the people in Hull and all our key partners.

Your feedback will be considered when finalising the Adult Social Care Strategy 2025 to 2028, and will be used to develop plans under each priority to support delivery of the outcomes of this strategy.
