We need your help to understand the key barriers Hull residents face when getting online.
Our Digital Skills Survey can help identify the digital support and resources you need to get online and improve your digital skills.
There will be a few questions to answer, it shouldn’t take any longer than 5 minutes.
You also have the opportunity to enter into our prize draw and be in with a chance of winning win one of five £100 shopping vouchers*.
Upon completion, you will be asked if you want be contacted by a Community Navigator from Forum. If you agree to this, your answers will be sent to the team and they will get in touch via your preferred contact method within 48 hours and discuss what relevant resource and support is available.
Your answers will also be added to Hull City Council’s digital inclusion database (with your personal details removed) so we can better understand the digital skills of our citizens, and ensure the right resource and support are available.
*The competition is open to anyone aged 16 or over. Hull City Council may ask competition winners for proof of age and if proof cannot be supplied, Hull City Council reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Entries must be received between 1st – 31st March 2023.
