Digital User Group

The Digital User Group has been set up to help improve our digital services. We want to ensure that online interactions are easy to use and effective, and we value input from those who use our services.

Everyone is welcome to join the group, whether you're a digital expert or just getting started.

We will -

• listen to your feedback on council websites and online services
• work together to make services easier to use and more accessible
• support digital inclusion, helping everyone in Hull benefit from technology

Members of the Digital User Group may participate in -

• testing of new digital tools
• surveys and feedback on websites and other digital subjects

Signing up

Register for Your Say before you can be added to the Digital User Group.

Once registered, complete the Digital User Group sign-up form below.

You'll then receive emails about surveys and ways to get involved.

Opting out

You can use the following opt-out form if you -

• no longer want to be part of the Digital User Group
• still want to be part of the Digital User Group, but no longer want to receive emails

If you delete your Your Say account, you will still receive the emails. You can complete the opt-out form to be removed from the list.
