Phase one research

Previous research for this project has identified the following as priorities for the local area -

  • there are not enough parking spaces around the high street
  • there are significant traffic issues along the high street including congestion, speeding etc.
  • people would welcome more play areas and communal spaces in the areas
  • pavements are not in a good condition
