It is important that everyone has access to the housing they need. We hope that, alongside other measures, Fixed Term Tenancies will help us to help more families.

What we are asking you -

  • if you agree with the introduction of fixed term tenancies
  • how long should the fixed term be
  • when should a fixed term tenancy not be renewed
  • what support should we provide

We welcome your input and opinions. The results of this survey will be used to help us make a decision about the introduction of Fixed Term Tenancies on our larger properties.

All of your responses to this survey will remain anonymous and none of your answers can be tied back to you. At the end of the survey there are some questions about you. These are used only for analysis purposes and all information will be stored securely.
