The benefits of physical activity have a big impact on physical and mental health. Becoming more physically active is all about feeling better. We would like to understand how people in Hull engage in physical activity and how we can encourage them to engage more.
We would like to know about all types of physical activity in this survey, it is not limited to sports and includes daily activities such as walking from A-B, hoovering the stairs and gardening.
This survey asks about -
your current levels of physical activity
what types of activity you enjoy doing, or would like to do
what, if anything prevents you from undertaking physical activity
Your feedback will be considered so that as a city, we can make changes to create a healthier environment for people to be active and reach their potential.
The survey will be live until 00.01am on Monday 19 May 2025.
By completing this survey you also have the opportunity to win one of four £50 high street shopping vouchers.
