Tell us about if and how you connect to the internet - to help shape Adult Social Care services.
Hull Adult Social Care recognises the role digital skills have to transform the way we work and deliver services.
This research will be used to help us to put digital technologies at the heart of our services, so we can support those we work with to live the best life they can and to remain independent and well for as long as possible.
Anyone can take part. We want to hear the views of both current Adult Social Care users and non-Adult Social Care users, so that we can plan for services now and into the future.
Please take a moment to complete this short survey - it will take around 10 minutes.
There is a section at the end that asks about you. This information helps us to understand your answers, to understand if different groups of people have different views and experiences, and to understand how representative of the population the sample is.
You will not be able to identified from any of your answers and no personal information will be reported.
Hull City Council will be supported by the Curiosity Partnership and the University of York to undertake, analyse and report on the survey responses.
The survey will close when we have received a satisfactory number of responses.
