This consultation has now closed
Hull City Council and Seven Architecture are leading on a project to prepare new management documents for the Spring Bank Conservation Area.
Feedback is wanted from residents, business owners and visitors to the area to inform on the future plans for the Spring Bank Conservation Area.
The project runs until 30 September 2023.
If successful it is hoped that a bid can be submitted for a grant to implement the recommendations needed to regenerate the area.
The outcomes of the projects are the production of three documents -
Character Appraisal
Shop Front Design Guide
Master Plan
To complete these documents, feedback is wanted from people who interact with the area. This can be achieved by -
Attending a workshop session
held at the Spring Bank Community Centre
30 June, 28 July, 8 and 29 September 2023 - 12pm to 3pm
31 August - 4pm to 7pm
These are drop-in sessions where you can look at draft documents and chat to the consultant. You don't have to attend all the session, but join us for a 15 minute chat.
Join the walking tour - understand the history and the architecture of the Conservation area
Drop-in session - Project members will be visiting shops and businesses
