The Anlaby Road/Coltman Street neighbourhood centre is one of the 16 areas to be included in the programme. This brings funding for the community to establish and start to deliver a vision for change in the area to reinvigorate the high street. What this change looks like is up to the local community, but the work can help to tackle issues such as shop vacancy, anti-social behaviour, traffic, or graffiti, or deliver improvements such as community events, green space, or seating.
The Anlaby Road/Coltman Street neighbourhood centre covers the parade of shops on the south side of Anlaby Road between Coltman Street and Bean Street.
