Community Highstreets Programme - Dalsetter Rise

The Dalsetter Rise Neighbourhood Centre is one of the 16 areas to be included in the Community High Street programme. This brings funding for the community to establish and start to deliver a vision for change in the area to reinvigorate the high street. What this change looks like is up to the local community, but the work can help to tackle issues such as -

  • shop vacancy
  • anti-social behaviour
  • traffic
  • graffiti

It can also deliver improvements such as -

  • community events
  • green space
  • seating.

The Dalsetter Rise Neighbourhood Centre covers the parade of shops on the north side of Dalsetter Rise between Dressay Grove and Stromness Way.
