JGO/39800-1500 Sibelius Road and Bantock Garth

This proposal is for adding a 20 MPH zone at various junctions and other locations in the Sibelius Road and Bantock Garth area.

The reason for this is to prevent indiscriminate parking obscuring driver sight lines and causing problems for moving vehicles.
